We are a small family farm, a Covid-19 crisis start up and a dream come true. When the world stopped and our businesses shut down indefinitely the life long dream of a farm which produces high quality, nutrient dense, environmentally responsible food became the only way for us, our staff and community to survive the world pandemic’s devastating economic effects. We quickly dove into the dream and began our journey with the humble yet incredible pasture raised egg. Our farm is dedicated to a free range, pasture raised system where the hens have access to large pastures by day and are locked away in large coops to protect them from predators at night. The hens diets are supplemented with hydroponically grown barley as well as farm grown mealworms and vegetables from the farm gardens. Our pastured eggs are free from antibiotics, hormones, GMO’s and other nasties and our flocks remain healthy through an abundance of space, sunshine and good living. Our pastures are rotated to support our regenerative agricultural practices and we are in the process of planting fruit trees in each pasture to provide shade and fruit for the hens as well as attract insects for them to nibble on. We aim to grow from strength to strength, farming a wide array of grass fed animal products as well as regeneratively farmed, glyphosate free herbs & vegetables.
